Most employees choose to have their pay deposited directly into their preferred bank account via our Direct Deposit Program. You may choose to have your paycheck deposited into an account at any financial institution in the US. You can configure up to four payment elections. It is best practice to define exact dollar amounts with the last marked as balance. Employees are required to enter in their own Direct Deposit information. To prevent fraud, our personnel will never enter deposit information for you.
Managing Direct Deposit through Workday
Enrolling in Direct Deposit is easy with Workday. You can also view pay slips, review deductions, and make changes any time, day or night. Please contact your institution for instructions and/or assistance.
Please see our Payroll Dates & Information page for information about pay dates, calculations, deductions, and more.
